Flow Portal - Terms of Service

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND SENAPSIS
Welcome to Flow Portal. The Flow Portal app (the “App”) is developed and operated by SENAPSIS LTD, trading as Flow Portal (“Flow Portal”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Your use of the Flow Portal app is conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). By accessing or using Flow Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and retain a copy for your records.
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Flow Portal provides a secure digital platform for managing, configuring, and recording data related to Senapsis products and related equipment. The App enables users to synchronise calibration records, device information, and site data between mobile and cloud systems to improve efficiency, traceability, and technical support.
Access to the App is intended for professional and business users who are directly engaged in installation, calibration, servicing, or use of Senapsis equipment.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
To use the Flow Portal app, you must be at least 16 years old. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older.
If you are under 16, you are strictly prohibited from using the App. SENAPSIS LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this requirement.
PRIVACY
Your use of Flow Portal is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it carefully, as it governs your use of the App and describes our data practices.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Using the Flow Portal app or contacting us via email constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you create or use an account in the Flow Portal app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for restricting access to your device. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
SENAPSIS LTD is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or refuse service, at our sole discretion.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
The Flow Portal app is currently provided free of charge. Some features may be restricted to registered or verified users.
We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription services in the future. If we do so, users will be notified in advance, and these Terms will be updated accordingly. No payments are currently collected for the use of the App.
PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS
SENAPSIS LTD does not conduct business with or provide services to individuals or entities in countries subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom government or other applicable authorities.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App complies with all relevant laws and export regulations.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may contain links or integrations with third-party websites or services (“Linked Services”). SENAPSIS LTD has no control over these services and assumes no responsibility for their content, functionality, or security.
Inclusion of a link or integration does not imply endorsement. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and privacy policies of any Linked Services you use.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Flow Portal app in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other user’s experience.
All content and materials within the App—including software, data, text, images, logos, and documentation—are the intellectual property of SENAPSIS LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
USE OF COMMUNICATION FEATURES
The App may include features that allow users to submit notes, comments, or data entries. You agree to use these features responsibly and lawfully, and not to:
Harass, abuse, or impersonate others
Upload malicious code or software
Post or transmit illegal, defamatory, or infringing content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or another user’s account
SENAPSIS LTD reserves the right to monitor and moderate content, remove materials, restrict accounts, or terminate access at our sole discretion if misuse is detected.
USER SUBMISSIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By uploading, posting, or submitting any material to the Flow Portal app—including text, data, images, or feedback—you grant SENAPSIS LTD a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for operational and improvement purposes.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
You waive any claims against SENAPSIS LTD relating to ownership, attribution, or compensation for submitted materials.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
The Flow Portal app is operated from the United Kingdom. If you access it from outside the UK, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
You agree not to use the App if doing so would violate local regulations, export controls, or sanctions applicable in your jurisdiction.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SENAPSIS LTD, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative legal action against SENAPSIS LTD arising from or relating to the use of the Flow Portal app.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The Flow Portal app and all related content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
SENAPSIS LTD makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its use.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Flow Portal app, without notice, for any conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to users, SENAPSIS LTD, or third parties.
CHANGES TO TERMS
SENAPSIS LTD reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the Flow Portal app after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
