Welcome! You are in the right place
At Senapsis we are passionate about creating the best connected sensors and helping you to make use of the data to gain insight and efficiencies in your production operations.
We first start with the sensor, to make it accurate, responsive and predictable. Then we add logging to collect the sensor data followed by flexible communications to access the data, starting with basic USB download of files and going to a full-blow NB-IOT and big data ingestion and analytics platform.
Our first range of sensor are Ultrasonic Flow meters using non invasive clamp on ultrasonic sensors. We have created a beautiful range of rugged portable and permanent installed products using best in class ultrasonics processing
Meet Our Ultrasonic Flow Meter Solutions
Non Invasive, Non Corrosive, Non contact –Will not damage critical pipe infrastructure over time (e.g. No Galvanic Action)
Easy to use with corrosive liquids –Does not contaminate sterile liquids
Does not obstruct flow –Cannot break off in fluid damaging other critical infrastructure such as pumps
Easy and quick to install – Do not need to carry out engineering works to cut, or drill pipe
Can be setup and running in 5 mins
Fast sampling rate – Increased Accuracy
Very Low Power – Up to 400 days of logging
No moving parts – to fail or require maintenance
“Reliably refined by over 25 years of experience”
An ever increasing range of sensors and mounting options allows the product to be used in a variety of applications including:
What our Customers & Partners Say
"For the money you pay you will not find a flow meter that can compare and I want to go further to state you will find it difficult to find a better meter at any price."
"I have tested the RPF-400 meter against the GE Sensing AT868, DF868, PT878 and the PT868, on lots of different products Water, Lube Oil, Caustic Cleaning Solutions (CIP), the measured comparisons are excellent "
"We have field-trialled meters from almost all of the major manufacturers in the world and eventually decided on the Senapsis range. Every test yielded superior results from the Senapsis meters."
